Paper Presentation

DESCRIPTION 

Paper Presentation is all about how you put your topic or present your topic in front of the public.

They see the way you present it. They way you put your points.Your way and the style of presenting the paper. The language you present the topic in. 


TEAM SPECIFICATION : 

Maximum 4 students can participate in paper presentation creating their own group. They can even go for solo participation.

RULES 

  • Candidates should send their paper in soft copy to our mail id and also 2 hard copies with the CD to the address mentioned on or before proper date.

  • Spot entries are not allowed.

  • Participants should submit the soft copy of the full paper in IEEE format.

  • The shortlisted participants are required to bring their presentation slides for the accepted paper. The presentations slides should only be either in ppt or pptx format.

  • The presenters are required to submit their presentation slides to the organizing team at registration counter during the registration.

  • The 15 minutes presentation time slot includes 10 minutes of paper presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A session.

  • During each paper presentation session, there will be two signals (ring sound) given by a timekeeper. The first signal indicates there are only five minutes remaining for the presentation. The second signal indicates the end of the presentation and the author would have to end their presentation.

  • Presenter should be in their formal attire during the presentation.

  • Paper should be submitted as a MS word document (.doc) or pdf document.

  • Bring your Soft Copies in CD or Pen drive.

  • Paper should not exceed eight pages.

  • Details of the team members: Name, Department, E-Mail ID, Contact number,

  • Institution name should be sent along with the Paper.

  • Deadline for submission: On or before _________________


SCORING SYSTEM 

SCORING

The paper and presentation have a maximum combined score of 125 points.A maximum of 80 points may be awarded for the paper, and a maximum of 45 points may be awarded for the presentation.
